Jeff Stephens

Jeff Stephens is an experienced site superintendent currently working at L.C. Fluharty Construction, LLC since October 2023. Previously, Jeff served as site superintendent at Empower Energies, overseeing construction activities for commercial and industrial-scale solar projects. In a prior role at Advance Sign Group, Jeff contributed as an estimator and service project manager, managing multiple contractors for operational and maintenance projects. Jeff’s experience also includes working as an HVAC/general maintenance specialist at FacilitySource, where Jeff reviewed maintenance quotes and service orders, and as a facilities services supervisor at Aetna Building Maintenance, managing a significant commercial solar project. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from The Ohio State University.
