Erin Clark

Erin Clark is a seasoned compensation professional with over a decade of experience in the field. Currently serving as Vice President of Compensation at L Catterton since August 2021, Erin previously held the position of Vice President of Compensation at Castleton Commodities International from July 2015 to July 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing compensation strategies for an independent global commodities trader. Prior experience includes roles at McLagan as Associate and Senior Analyst from June 2013 to June 2015, and at Mercer as an Actuarial Analyst from June 2010 to June 2013. Erin holds a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from the University of Connecticut, earned in 2010.
