Matt Leeds

Mr. Leeds is a Partner in the Flagship Fund at L Catterton. Prior to joining L Catterton, Mr. Leeds was a private equity investor at Irving Place Capital in New York City and at Lake Capital in Chicago. Mr. Leeds also worked in brand management at Procter & Gamble, and began his career in investment banking at J.P. Morgan, where he worked in the Consumer/Retail and Industrials groups.

Mr.Leeds was an Omidyar Scholar at Tufts University, where he graduated magna cum laude with a triple major in Mathematics, Quantitative Economics, and Psychology. He received an M.B.A. with Honors from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and is a former Co-President of Wharton’s Private Equity and Venture Capital Association.
