Michael O'Leary

Michael O'Leary is a Partner and Co-Head of L Catterton Impact, a position held since 2022. Prior to this role, Michael served as a Strategic Advisor and Managing Director at Engine No. 1 from 2020 to 2023. Between 2018 and 2020, Michael published the book "Accountable: The Rise of Citizen Capitalism" through HarperCollins Publishers. Earlier in Michael's career, experience at Bain Capital from 2012 to 2017 focused on double impact private equity investments. Michael O'Leary graduated magna cum laude with an AB in Philosophy from Harvard University and earned an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
