Sally Pofcher

Ms. Pofcher is an Operating Partner at L Catterton. Prior to joining L Catterton, Ms. Pofcher was most recently Chairman of Paper Source from 2015-2017 and CEO from 2007-2015. At Paper Source, Ms. Pofcher grew the company from 20 stores to over 103 stores by end of 2015, and led the sale process of Paper Source from Brentwood Associates to Investcorp in 2013.

Prior to Paper Source, Ms. Pofcher was SVP of Strategy and Business Development at Gap Inc. and a partner at McKinsey & Company. During her years at McKinsey, Ms. Pofcher worked with a number of major branded companies and retailers on their growth strategies, format renewal, and operational processes. She also spent three years at Citibank in New York and Latin America working with consumer companies.

Ms. Pofcher currently serves on the Boards of Claire’s and Pet Retail Brands, and is a member of Young Presidents Organization. Ms. Pofcher earned a B.A. from Georgetown University and an M.B.A. from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
