Saurabh Mehta

Mr. Bajpai is a Senior Vice President at L Catterton Asia focusing on South East Asia investments in Singapore. Prior to joining L Catterton Asia, Mr. Bajpai served as an Associate within the Private Equity Department of the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority in Abu Dhabi where he invested in primary fund, secondary, distressed debt and co-investment opportunities. Previously, Mr. Bajpai was an investment banking Associate at Lazard Freres in New York City where he began his career as an Analyst focusing on restructuring, debt placement and mergers and acquisitions advisory in the telecom, media and technology sectors. During business school, Mr. Bajpai spent his summer with L Catterton Asia in Singapore and with the IFC Asset Management Company in Washington D.C.

Mr. Bajpai graduated from the Huntsman Program in International Studies and Business at the University of Pennsylvania, earning a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of Business and a B.A. from the College of Arts and Sciences. Mr. Bajpai holds an MBA (with honors) from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
