Sebastien Katch

Mr. Katch is an Operating Partner at L Catterton. Mr. Katch has a broad range of consulting and operating experience with a deep background in Operations Excellence and Transformations. Prior to joining L Catterton, Mr. Katch served clients at McKinsey & Company for 6 years, where he focused on Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Service Operations Excellence in consumer, aerospace, mining, and public sectors. Prior to business school, Mr. Katch held a number of operating and design positions in commercial and military aerospace industry.

Mr. Katch earned an M.B.A. from Carnegie Mellon University, a master in Aeronautics and Astronautics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a master in Finance from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering from McGill University, Canada.
