Shahab Rashid

Shahab Rashid is an experienced finance professional, currently serving as the Managing Partner and Co-Head of Private Credit at L Catterton since April 2022. Prior to this role, Shahab co-founded and was a Partner in the Private Credit division at Adams Street Partners from January 2016 to April 2021. Earlier in Shahab's career, a significant tenure as Managing Director at Oaktree Capital Management was held from September 2004 to December 2015, following a position as a Financial Analyst at Salomon Smith Barney Holdings Inc. from 2002 to 2004. Shahab Rashid earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from The Wharton School, completing studies in 2002.
