Ashish Khanna

Ashish Khanna is a Partner at L.E.K. Consulting in London. Prior to their current role, Ashish worked at Cisco Systems, Inc. from July 2000 to August 2005. During their time at Cisco, Ashish was promoted three times and received 21 Cisco Achievement Program awards. As Team Leader of the Manufacturing Technology Group, Ashish was responsible for managing optoelectronic component and test equipment supplier selection and improvement programs, regularly auditing startups, and planning and executing manufacturing plans along with engineering, marketing and manufacturing teams. Ashish also developed and implemented initiatives to improve capital spend efficiency in manufacturing infrastructure.

Ashish Khanna has an MBA with Distinction from INSEAD and a MS in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin. Ashish also has a BEng in Electronics & Telecommunication from College of Engineering Pune.
