Manny Picciola

Manny Picciola is a Managing Director & Partner at L.E.K. Consulting in Chicago. Manny has over 20 years of experience in the consulting industry.

Manny started their career at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting in 1997 as a Sr. Consultant. Manny then moved to The Callidon Group in 2002, where they worked as a consultant for four years. In 2006, Manny joined Thomson NETg as Senior Vice President, Strategic Business Units and they remained with the company until 2007.

Since joining L.E.K. Consulting in 2008, Manny has played an integral role in the growth and success of the firm. Manny has been instrumental in leading many of the firm’s most important engagements with clients in the healthcare, consumer goods, and technology sectors.

Manny Picciola has a Masters of Business Administration from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
