Wiley Bell is the Managing Director and Partner at L.E.K. Consulting in New York. Wiley has over 25 years of experience in the consulting industry.

Bell began their career at Bain & Company as a Research Associate. Wiley then moved to Mars & Co., where they spent over 20 years, eventually becoming Vice President. In 2004, they joined The Parthenon Group, where they spent eight years as Partner and Head of Healthcare and Consumer Growth Practices.

Bell has extensive experience in growth strategy, M&A, commercial due diligence, and organization design. Wiley has advised companies across a range of industries, including healthcare, consumer goods, and technology.

Wiley Bell earned their MBA from Harvard Business School and their Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Haverford College.
