Greg Vale

VP of Sales at L. FISHMAN & SON, INC

Greg Vale is Vice President of Sales for the firm as well as a member of the Executive team. He is responsible for leading and developing the sales and specification team, acquiring solution-based products, and developing mutually successful vendor partner relationships.

Greg’s mission is to “delight” Fishman’s customers and vendor partners by leading a motivated, highly skilled, constantly learning sales and specification team of solutions providers who understand the knowledge and sense of urgency needed to support their customer’s success.

Prior to joining the Fishman team, Greg spent 20 years in positions of increasing responsibility within the floor covering industry in both manufacturing and distribution. Greg started his career in the building materials industry with Lowe’s Home Centers in their management development program where he worked his way up to become one of the youngest store managers in the chain.

Greg graduated from the University of Central Florida in 1995 with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management. Greg and his family reside near Raleigh, North Carolina. In his spare time Greg enjoys traveling with his family, boating, reading, and golf.
