John Frazier

John Frazier is currently the Vice President of the Texas Region at Keeley Construction Group. John previously served as the President of Texas Contracting Services, Inc. and as a Project Director - Operations at McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. Their experience includes managing various construction projects, such as the Hemphill Street Underpass Project and the MARAD Layberth Facility. John graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Civil Engineering.
