Caitlin FitzGerald is an experienced professional in the apparel and retail industry, currently serving as Corporate Merch Manager for Women’s Apparel at L.L.Bean since October 2021, overseeing woven tops, sweaters, and sleepwear. Prior roles include Retail Merchant for Outerwear and Accessories at HUGO BOSS and various positions ranging from Account Executive to Sales Assistant in women's and men's divisions. Additional experience encompasses a freelance position at Burberry and roles at Nordstrom, where Caitlin worked in sales and retail management. Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Science in Textile and Apparel Management with a focus on Marketing and Merchandising from the University of Missouri-Columbia and is a graduate of Ursuline Academy.
