Darius Martinez

Darius Martinez currently serves as the Store Team Lead of Productivity at L.L.Bean since September 2021, after previously working as a Sales Floor Team Member. In this role, Darius assists with customer service and back-of-house operations, manages inventory, and supports visual merchandising efforts. Recently, Darius completed a Digital Marketing Internship at Delaware North, focusing on reporting and social media content creation for the Boston ProShop. Darius also worked as a Resident Assistant at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, helping students transition into college life and addressing community concerns. Earlier experience includes serving as a Front End Supervisor at Stop & Shop and as a Head Soccer Referee for Boston Area Youth Soccer. Darius holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.
