Janice O'Rourke

Janice O'Rourke is a seasoned professional in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and leadership development, currently serving as Manager of DEI Programs and Senior Leader Development at L.L.Bean Inc. since May 2022. With a tenure at L.L.Bean since October 2011, Janice has successfully designed and implemented DEI initiatives for over 3,000 employees, facilitated leadership learning, and sponsored Employee Business Resource Groups. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Consultant for DEI and Leadership Development, Executive Producer for TEDxDirigo, and Executive Coach at The TAI Group, where Janice managed global leadership development programs. Janice holds a BA in English Literature from James Madison University.
