Tom Lafferty

Tom Lafferty is an experienced Information Systems Senior Manager at L.L.Bean, with an extensive background in customer engagement, MarTech, data analytics, and omni-channel services since July 1988. Lafferty has held various roles, including Enterprise Solution Architect, where responsibilities included leading the definition and execution of a 6-year IT strategic plan, and Solutions Architect, where alignment of long-term business plans with strategic IT initiatives was achieved. Further roles encompassed Sr. Architect for Finance, HR, and Loss Prevention business systems, and Manager of IT Processes & Systems.
