Andrew McNeill, MFS has a long and varied work experience. Andrew began their career in 1992 as a Public Safety Dispatcher for the Brighton Police Department. In 1998, they became a Deputy Sheriff for the Monroe County Sheriff's Office. In 2005, they took on the role of Lead Instructor for Monroe Community College. In 2013, they became an Academy/Regional State Fire Instructor for the NYS Division of Homeland Security & Emergency Services. In 2018, they began working at the L-Tron Corporation as an OSCR360 Account Manager and Lead Trainer, as well as a Director of Forensic Education. At the same time, they took on the role of Director, Special Investigations Unit and Senior Investigator, Accident Reconstruction Unit at Avalon. In 2019, they founded the McNeill Consulting Group, LLC and has been its Owner since. Finally, in 2021, they became a Partner at Northeast Crash Dynamics, LLC.

Andrew McNeill, MFS attained their Master's Degree in Forensic Sciences from The George Washington University from 1995 to 1996. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from University at Buffalo from 1989 to 1991. Andrew also attended The Johns Hopkins University from 1987 to 1989, studying International Relations and Political Science. In addition, they hold certifications as a Collision Reconstructionist from University of North Florida (IPTM) in 2006, Municipal Police Instructor (General Topics) from New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services in 2005, Accredited Traffic Accident Reconstructionist from The Accreditation Commission for Traffic Accident Reconstructionists in 2016, Certified Senior Crime Scene Analyst from International Association for Identification in 2017, Emergency Medical Technician-Basic from New York State Department of Health in 1990, and Certified Latent Print Examiner from New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services in 2004.
