Tobias Larscheid

Tobias Larscheid is the Managing Director and Founder of L21s, where the focus is on transforming customer service communication into a seamless digital experience. Prior to this role, Tobias served as a Senior IT Architect at BCG Platinion and held positions as an IT Architect and Consultant at IBM, as well as a Developer at Mitel. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Service Management and Engineering from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Wirtschaftsinformatik from Baruch College and The Berlin School of Economics and Law.
