Jessica Hayes

Jessica Hayes is a senior accountant at L2Tmedia. Jessica previously worked as an accounts payable clerk at Lumbermen's Inc. from October 2015 to August 2016. In this role, they were responsible for reviewing and processing all A/P invoices and credit memos, including coding to proper general ledger accounts using Trend software. Jessica also generated checks daily, ensuring that the payment of invoices was completed in a timely manner and in accordance with payment terms. Additionally, Jessica communicated with vendors to manage vendor inquiries and reconcile vendor accounts.

Jessica began their career as an accounting intern at The Koza Group, LLC from November 2014 to June 2015. In this role, they used QuickBooks to enter journal entries, create financial statements, issue checks to vendors, and perform bank reconciliations. Jessica also input trial balances for clients into Caseware software and assigned tax codes in order to transfer into ProSystem fx Tax software. Jessica used ProSystem fx Tax software to prepare individual and business tax returns. Additionally, they organized and prepared documents and electronic files for tax return calculations.

In May 2013, Jessica became the controller at Albany Bank & Trust Company where they worked until September 2014.
