Anita Ramroop

Anita Ramroop is a seasoned professional in operations management with a strong background in engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager for New Product Introduction at L3Harris Technologies, Anita leads a team dedicated to successfully operationalizing new product launches to achieve profitability targets. Previous roles include Site Lead for Digital Transformation, where Anita spearheaded the SAP S/4HANA implementation, and Director of Operations, responsible for overseeing a $700M annual operating plan. Anita's earlier experience at L3 Technologies and Honeywell includes significant contributions to hardware design and production reliability for military and commercial aircraft programs. Anita holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Ryerson University and a PMI Certificate in Program Management from Humber College, with ongoing Executive MBA studies at Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and Smith School of Business at Queen's University.
