Chad Tidd

Chad Tidd, PMP Certified, currently serves as Lead Program Manager at L3Harris Technologies, overseeing satellite ground station communications and tracking antenna systems for contracts such as the Deep Space Advanced Radar (DARC) and Radar Ground Station - Asia (RGS-A). Previously, Chad was the Director of Program Management with the US Navy, managing a $1.2 billion annual budget for the maintenance and availability of 92 surface ships. Chad has also held roles at VMware, where responsibilities included developing a customer feedback process, and in various capacities within the US Navy, including Program Manager and Engineering Project Manager, leading initiatives in acquisition, project execution, and engineering management. Chad holds multiple degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and State University of New York College at Brockport, including an M.S. in Engineering Management and a B.S. in Computational Science.
