Kelley Powell

Kelley Powell is a seasoned government relations professional with extensive experience in both the private and public sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Government Relations at L3Harris Technologies since July 2019, Kelley has held multiple roles within the organization, including Director and Senior Principal. Prior to L3Harris, Kelley was Manager of Federal Government Relations at Harris Corporation and worked in the United States Senate for several years as a Legislative Assistant and Legislative Correspondent, focusing on defense policy, foreign affairs, and other key issues. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from The Catholic University of America and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Political Science from Saint Joseph's University, among other academic pursuits.
