Kristene Schumacher is a Vice President Tax with extensive experience in foreign and international tax strategy, planning, transfer pricing, intercompany transactions, mergers & acquisitions, business development, tax compliance, IRS audits, treasury management, and transaction taxes. Kristene has held leadership positions at L3Harris Technologies, Navistar Inc, Ecolab, and Eli Lilly and Company. Kristene holds a J.D. in Law from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and a B.S. in Accounting from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
