Michelle Wenink

Michelle Wenink (Reidy) is an accomplished professional in human resources and total rewards, currently serving as Sr. Director of Total Rewards at L3Harris Technologies since July 2018. In this role, Michelle leads the Total Rewards team, overseeing various functions including executive and non-executive compensation, sales and incentive plans, HR metrics, HRIS, rewards and recognition, and global mobility. Prior to L3Harris, Michelle held the position of Director of Total Rewards at Harris Communications System from January 2006 to July 2018, where responsibilities included managing the Compensation and Recruiting teams and ensuring data integrity in HRIS as well as performance management. Michelle began a career in human resources as a Manager at Global Crossing from 1998 to 2006. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Resource Development and a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies with an English minor, both obtained from St. John Fisher University.
