Pearl Molitor is an experienced recruiter with a diverse background in talent acquisition and human resources. Having held roles at notable companies including Lockheed Martin, where Pearl served as both a Talent Acquisition IT Recruiter and an HR Compliance Lead, and AAR WASS and L3Harris Technologies, Pearl has demonstrated expertise in professional staffing. Additionally, Pearl has experience in ride and show engineering at Walt Disney World.
