Steve Bulkley

Steve Bulkley is a Network Systems Architect with extensive experience in defense communications technology. They served as an Electronic Warfare Technician with the New York State Air National Guard and the USAF, providing expertise in avionics and countermeasures. At L3Harris Technologies, they held several prominent positions, including Lead Systems Engineer, where they specialized in systems architecture design and integration. Steve earned a BS in Information Technology Management from Trident University International and continues their education at CSCS. Their diverse background also includes roles at Harris Corporation and various field service positions focused on counter-IED systems and tactical wireless technology.
