Tracy Zheng

Tracy Zheng is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compensation and workforce analysis at L3Harris Technologies since June 2020, progressing through roles from Workforce Analyst to Compensation Specialist within the Total Rewards department. Prior to this, Tracy served as a Teaching Assistant at Cornell University’s ILR School and held various roles in leadership and education, such as Outdoor Odyssey Guide and Fitness Monitor with Cornell Outdoor Education and Cornell Fitness Centers respectively. Additional internships at Whirlpool Corporation and Brightpoint Health provided valuable exposure to human resources and talent acquisition practices. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, complemented by study abroad experience at University College Dublin.
