Nathaly Pelaez

Nathaly Pelaez is an experienced professional in human resources, currently serving as an Analista de selección de personal at LA ASCENSION S.A. since January 2022. Prior to this role, Nathaly was the Coordinador de selección y contratación at Jobandtalent Group from February 2021 to January 2022, and an Analista de Seleccion at Accion Plus from October 2014 to October 2015. Nathaly holds a Maestría in Neurociencia from VIU - Universidad Internacional de Valencia and a degree in Psicología from Universidad INCCA de Colombia, completed in 2015.
