Raquel Morillo Frey

Raquel Morillo Frey has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Raquel started their career in 2004 as a Técnico de Selección RRHH at Targeting Link Thinkers, where they were responsible for recruitment, training, and hiring of staff for promotional campaigns. Raquel later became a Supervisora y Coordinadora de Eventos Promocionales, overseeing promotional events and coordinating teams.

In 2006, they joined Adspot Media as an Account Manager, handling the commercialization of advertising spaces for automotive websites and executing branding campaigns for agencies and brands. Raquel also managed a sales team during their time there.

From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Sales Manager at 161MEDIA, specializing in Real Time Bidding technology and managing online advertising campaigns for various formats and platforms. Raquel successfully negotiated budgets and agreements with brands and digital agencies.

In 2015, they joined Ralph Lauren as a Planner, where they were responsible for sales analysis, product selection, and inventory management.

In 2015, they also worked at Antevenio as a Senior Account Manager and Content Marketing Specialist, focusing on branded content and influencer marketing. Raquel implemented strategies and actions in self/full-service mode for branding and offsite SEO.

In 2021, they joined Zeed agencia de diseño as an Account Manager, where they identified business opportunities, provided UX-UI design services for digital platforms, and defined business plans for Spain.

Since 2014, they have been the Founder and Designer of MadameFrey, where they manage their own fashion brand.

Most recently, they joined La Caja Company in 2022 as a Senior Account Executive, specializing in marketing and communication consulting. Raquel'sresponsibilities include managing various business models, executing awareness and performance actions, and reporting to the CDO.

Raquel Morillo Frey completed their education at two different institutions. From 2002 to 2005, they attended FORMATIK CENTER SA - Centro de Estudios Superiores, Profesionales y Universitarios, where they obtained a degree in Turismo and earned the title of Azafata de congresos y RRPP (Congress Hostess and Public Relations). Subsequently, from 2007 to 2012, Raquel attended Universidad Rey Juan Carlos and obtained a Licenciada degree in Publicidad y RRPP (Advertising and Public Relations).
