Nyasha Jean-Paul is an experienced culinary professional, currently serving as Lead Performance Sous Chef for the LA Clippers since January 2020, following roles as Sous Chef and Performance Chef Assistant. Previous experience includes a Culinary Nutrition Internship with the Boston Celtics and a Football Performance Nutrition Internship at the University of Georgia Athletic Association. Nyasha also worked as a Resident Assistant at Johnson & Wales University, where responsibilities included aiding student adjustment and addressing inquiries. An internship at the Ministry of Health Barbados National Nutrition Centre involved supporting Nutrition Officers and organizing a youth nutrition camp, while another internship took place at the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation. Nyasha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Nutrition from Johnson & Wales University, completed in 2018.
