Evan Devries

Evan DeVries possesses extensive experience in sales and management within the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as the Midwest Sales Manager at La Colombe Coffee Roasters since February 2015, Evan has held various roles there, including Wholesale Representative and Chicago District Manager. Prior experience includes General Manager at The Betty, where responsibilities encompassed overall operations and staff management, as well as Beverage Director/FOH Manager at Au Cheval under Hogsalt, overseeing a front-of-house team and leading beverage development initiatives. Evan holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Northeastern Illinois University, an Associate’s Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from City Colleges of Chicago-Harry S Truman College, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management from Kendall College.
