Eddie Melone

Eddie Melone is a seasoned professional in the hospitality and beauty industries, currently serving as the F&B Operations Manager at La Concha Resort since August 2020. Prior to this role, Eddie held the position of Operations Manager at Hard Rock Guitar Hotel & Casino from October 2019 to July 2020. Eddie's extensive experience includes serving as F&B Director and Corporate Trainer at Renaissance Chicago Hotel from December 2014 to October 2017. Additionally, Eddie was recognized as the 2013 Best Colorist in Beauty while working at Synergy Salons, LLC., where Eddie also owned and served as Color Director from 2005 to January 2012. Eddie's career began as a Master Colorist at Charles Ifergan Salon from May 1993 to December 2005. Eddie's education includes studies in hospitality and cosmetology at Capri College, complemented by foundational education at St. Daniel the Prophet and St. Rita College Prep.
