Coline P. has a diverse work experience that spans various positions and industries. Coline spent three years at La Financière de l'Echiquier - LFDE, starting as an SRI Analyst and later becoming the Head of Responsible Investment Research. Prior to that, Coline worked at BNP Paribas Wealth Management in different roles related to responsible investments, including a role as a Responsible Investments Products Specialist. Coline also has experience in microfinance, having co-founded and served as Treasurer for Our Microcredit Project in partnership with Beneshwer Lok Vikas Sansthan. Additionally, Coline has worked in the field of sustainable development and environmental certification for mountain resorts. Coline was a Project Manager for the Territorial Climate Energy Plan at Communauté de Communes de la Vallée de Chamonix Mont-Blanc and a Project Manager for Montagne d'Eco Gestes at Mountain Riders. Coline also held a leadership position as the President of Association EquiTerre Lille.

Coline P. pursued their education primarily at SKEMA Business School. From 2010 to 2014, they completed the "Grande Ecole" program, earning a Master's Degree in Management. In 2013-2014, they specialized in Sustainable Development's Strategic Management, acquiring a Specialized Master in this field. Additionally, Coline had a semester abroad in 2012 at Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II, where they studied Political Sciences as part of the ERASMUS program.

Before attending SKEMA Business School, Coline attended Edgar Quinet High School - Bourg en Bresse from 2008 to 2010, where they completed Preparatory Classes for Top French Business School, focusing on Economics. Coline also achieved their Economics and Social Sciences Baccalaureat Diploma with a major in Mathematics at Mont-Blanc René Dayve High School - Passy, Le Fayet from 2005 to 2008.

Additionally, Coline has obtained several certifications over the years. In 2017, they received the Certification AMF from the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) - France. Coline also holds a Certificate in ESG Investing from CFA UK, obtained in October 2021. In 2022, they obtained the Certification AMF Finance Durable from the AMF and became an "Animatrice de la Fresque du Climat" through La Fresque du Climat in March of the same year.
