Axel Ollivier

Axel Ollivier has a varied work experience beginning in 2017. Axel began as an Internship Student at the Nara Institute of Science and Technology in the Imaging-based Computational Biomedicine Lab. There they worked on 3D reconstruction of muscle fibers structure, which resulted in a research paper that won the best paper award of the MICCAI 2017 conference.

In 2018, Axel began working for Capgemini as a Software Developer for Crédit Agricole - Technology Services. Axel then moved into the role of Tech Lead and Junior Architect for Yeobi, a French association, where they made technological and architectural choices for a mobile app and managed a team of three developers. Axel then took on the role of Fullstack Software Development Engineer for BNP Paribas, using technologies such as Spring Boot and Maven for the back end, and Angular 5 for the front end.

In 2020, Axel took on the role of Full Stack Engineer for La Foncière Numérique, working in Java 11, Kotlin and Angular 9 to create a website that handles customers data. Axel also had a four-week training course with La Combe du Lion Vert and Arolla to improve their skills in Software Craftsmanship.

Currently, Axel is working as a Technical Lead at Stonal, developing as a FullStack Craftsman in Kotlin for the backend and Angular for the front, and also working with a team of three other software engineers.

Axel Ollivier began their education in 2010 at the Lycée Malherbe Caen, where they obtained a Bachelor Degree in Sciences with a focus on Maths, Physics, and Biology in 2013. Axel then attended the Lycée Malherbe Caen's preparatory classes from 2013 to 2015, focusing on Maths, Physics, and Computer Science. In 2015, Axel Ollivier began their Master's degree at the ENSICAEN - Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Ingénieurs de Caen, focusing on E-banking and Cybersecurity. Axel obtained their Master's degree in 2018. In 2016, Axel Ollivier also obtained a TOEIC 960 certification from the Educational Testing Service (ETS).
