Head of Quality at La Fourche

Daniela Vasconez has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Starting in 2008, they worked as a Hotesse d'accueil restauration at Six Flags for a few months. In 2010, they worked as a Microbiology assistant at AGROCALIDAD and later at Hospital Carlos Andrade Marín HCAM.

In 2012, Daniela joined Initial Services France as an Assistante chef de projet qualité, where they conducted a diagnostic study on customer expectations in the agri-food sector. Daniela also collaborated with partners from the retail industry. In the same year, they worked on their final project at AgroParisTech for BIOPROX.

In 2013, Daniela joined Carrefour as a Stagiaire au service qualité, where they worked closely with potato-based product suppliers to identify causes of acrylamide presence and find ways to reduce it. Daniela also handled product specifications, managed tenders, validated initial productions, addressed customer complaints, and ensured packaging compliance.

Within Carrefour, they held various roles related to quality. From 2013 to 2014, they were a Responsable qualité légumes et fruits surgelés. In 2014, they briefly served as a Responsable qualité fruits et légumes bio, champignons et maïs en conserve. From 2015 to 2016, they were the Responsable qualité laits, jus des fruits, boissons aux fruits, nectar de fruits. In 2016, they became the Responsable qualité café, céréales, muesli, préparation pour boissons cacaotés. Daniela then became the Responsable qualité café, céréales, mueslis, pâtes à tartiner, bières, champagnes, cidres from 2018 to 2021.

Daniela's most recent position is as the Head of Quality at La Fourche, starting in April 2023, where they oversee quality management responsibilities.

Daniela Vasconez completed their education as follows:

- From 2021 to 2023, Daniela studied at ESSEC Business School and pursued a Mastère spécialisé in Marketing Management & Digital.

- Between 2011 and 2014, Daniela attended AgroParisTech and obtained a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Conception et Développement produit.

- Also during the same period of 2011-2014, Daniela earned a Licence in Clinical and Applied Microbiology from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador.

In addition to their academic degrees, Daniela has obtained several certifications:

- In 2019, they completed the Sensory Skills Intermediate certification from the Specialty Coffee Association.

- In 2019, they also completed a certification in "Formation Brasserie: de l'orge à la bière" from the IFBM - Institut Français des Boissons de la Brasserie et de la Malterie.

- In 2018, Daniela obtained the Green Coffee Intermediate certification from the Specialty Coffee Association.

- In 2016, they completed an Introduction to Coffee certification, also from the Specialty Coffee Association.
