David Clement

David Clement is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in community activism, engineering, and television production. As a Community Activist for the City of Long Beach since 2003, David has worked to enhance the safety and livability of the area, including chairing the Citizen's Police Complaint Commission. David also serves the LA Galaxy as a TV Production/Operations/Stage Manager, ensuring smooth coordination during games. In leadership, David held the position of NABA President from 2007 to 2016, driving initiatives for neighborhood improvement. David's engineering career spans over three decades, with roles at Northrop Grumman Corporation, where responsibilities have included leading safety on unmanned air vehicles, managing F-35 requirements, and overseeing radar system verifications, as well as contributions to the Space Shuttle program at Boeing. David holds a BSAE in aerospace engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, a Systems Engineering Certificate from Caltech, and additional education from the University of Southern California.
