Gisela López

Gisela López has a diverse and extensive work experience in human resources roles. Gisela is currently working at La Haus as the VP of People. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of People at the same company. Before joining La Haus, Gisela was the VP Talent and Culture at Ofi, where they were responsible for the development and execution of organizational effectiveness, talent, and culture management programs. Gisela also held the role of Global Human Resources Director at Ofi.

Earlier in their career, Gisela worked at Intergrupo as the Executive Manager of Human Resources, where they were involved in designing the labor and cultural strategy for merger and acquisition processes. Gisela also served as the National Human Resources Manager at Intergrupo, leading the HR strategy in Mexico.

Gisela's work experience also includes a role at Praxis, where they were a Senior Human Resources Coordinator. During their time at Praxis, they developed HR strategies and implemented various programs, including a new talent program.

Gisela also has a Posgrado in Executive Coaching and Team Alignment from Tecnológico de Monterrey, which they obtained in 2015. In 2009, they completed a Posgrado in Strategic Human Resources Management from Tecnológico de Monterrey. Gisela's undergraduate degree is in Communication Sciences, which they earned from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México in 2001. Additionally, Gisela has obtained various certifications in fields such as Best CHRO, Design Thinking, Lean Change Management, Management 3.0, and Scrum, among others.
