David Campbell

David Campbell is a seasoned professional in non-functional testing with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Non-Functional Testing for HMPO at the Home Office with LA International since January 2021, David manages a team of 16 consultants, focusing on performance and operational acceptance testing for over 50 engagements and has established a Centre of Excellence. Prior to this, David led the performance testing division for the Metropolitan Police Service at Peak 3000, where a new non-functional testing division was created, saving significant costs. David's background includes key positions at SQS, DVLA, and several consultancies, displaying expertise in performance testing methodologies and toolsets, crisis management, and strategic planning, underpinned by a degree in Business Management from King's College London.
