Elizabeth Baxter

Elizabeth Baxter is an accomplished Chief People Officer currently serving at La Land Kind Cafe, with prior experience as Vice President of People, Marketing and Communications at Bravas, overseeing a $100 million budget for strategic operations and initiatives. At Torchy's Tacos, Elizabeth directed Human Resources as Chief People Officer while managing a $3 million budget during an expansive growth phase across multiple states. Additionally, Elizabeth held interim responsibilities as Chief Marketing Officer and was a member of the Forbes Human Resources Council. As a board member at Phoenix House, Elizabeth contributed to providing addiction treatment and prevention services.
