Susana Morales

Susana Morales has a diverse work experience in Human Resources. Susana started their career as a Human Resources Assistant at Statewide Remodeling in 2011, where they processed payrolls, maintained employee records, and ensured compliance with OSHA and safety policies. Susana then worked as a Human Resources & Benefits Manager at Corner Bakery from 2015 to 2022, where they communicated HR policies, analyzed data, and supported HR programs. Susana later joined Pollo Campero as a Human Resources Business Partner from 2022 to 2023, where they counseled management on employee relations and performance management, developed training programs, and identified top talent. Currently, they are the Director of People at La La Land Kind Cafe, starting in 2023.

Susana Morales has a diverse education history including a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from The University of Texas at Arlington, which they obtained from 2005 to 2007. Susana also holds an Associate of Science degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration, which they earned from South Plains College during the period of 2002 to 2004. Furthermore, they pursued their interest in hair and makeup and obtained a Cosmetologist License from Tint School of Makeup and Cosmetology-Irving, completing their studies from 2011 to 2013.
