Jiri Fabian

Jiri Fabian has extensive experience in the food service industry, currently serving as the Country Director and Managing Director for Hungary at La Lorraine Bakery Group NV since February 2021. Prior to this role, Jiri worked at Vitana a.s. from August 1995 to December 2020, where responsibilities included sales and marketing management, business strategy development, budgeting, and team leadership, culminating in a position as Food Service Manager overseeing 40 FTEs. Notable projects included the rebranding of the catering business unit and the launch of the Rieber & Son Chef Club. Jiri's educational background includes a degree in economics from the Technical University of Liberec and secondary education from Gymnazium Brandýs nad Labem.
