Chad Hawkes

Chad Hawkes is a seasoned operations executive with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at la Madeleine French Bakery & Cafe since September 2022, Chad previously held various leadership roles at SONIC Drive-In from October 2004 to September 2022, including Vice President of Operations for Encore Restaurants, Regional Director of Operations, and Supervising Partner. Chad began experience in operations at Sonic Drive-In as a Training Supervisor and Operating Partner from November 2001 to June 2004. Educational background includes studies at Boise State University.
