Melissa Oré

Melissa Oré is an accomplished freelance electrician and stagehand with extensive experience in the performing arts industry. Since April 2017, Melissa has worked with St. Ann's Warehouse, La MaMa Experimental Theatre Club, and Shadowbox Design Management, showcasing skills in lighting design, technical equipment management, and event support. Melissa also serves as an adjunct college lab technician at CUNY New York City College of Technology, aiding instructors and overseeing equipment safety. Previous roles include assistant stage management and production assistance with Celebrate Brooklyn, Company XIV, and "The Wendy Williams Show." Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Television and Radio from Brooklyn College.
