Laxmi Ramanath

Laxmi Ramanath is the Founder and CEO of La Meer Inc., established in March 2005, specializing in tablet-enabled web-based risk management solutions for various segments including banking and wealth management. Prior to this role, Laxmi served as a Business Analyst at Silicon Valley Bank, where responsibilities included defining Internet Banking requirements and functional testing for corporate and private banking customers. Laxmi's experience also includes a tenure as a Senior Consultant at Citicorp Information Technology Industries Ltd, focusing on Treasury, Derivatives Processing, and Internet Banking for Citibank across multiple countries. Earlier, Laxmi held the position of Senior Systems Manager at CMC Limited, managing securities trading systems, and started as a Systems Analyst at Blue Chip. Laxmi holds an MBA in Systems Management from Jamnalal Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from the University of Bombay.
