Jenine Henry has extensive experience in the field of education and administration. Their career started as a Special Education Teacher in the Sunnyside Unified School District in 1995. Jenine then worked in the Tucson Unified School District as a Special Education Teacher before becoming a Special Education Teacher at Springall Academy East County. Jenine later joined Casey Family Programs as an Education Specialist before moving to the San Diego County Office of Education as a Program Specialist. Jenine then served as a Special Education Administrator at the Grossmont Union High School District and as Director II Special Education and Student Services at the Cajon Valley Union School District. Their most recent role is as the Human Resources Director at the La Mesa-Spring Valley School District.
Jenine Henry received their high school diploma from Townsend Harris High School in 1988. Jenine then went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from State University of New York Cortland in 1992. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Special Education and Teaching at the University of Arizona, completing their studies in 1995.
