This position will be responsible for tasks including scheduling and management of labor budgets, hiring & training all line level positions, developing and mentoring 3 managers, advanced financial management and responsibility.

The Event Management team at La Pecora Bianca is responsible for coordinating and executing exceptional dining experiences for private events and special occasions. This includes planning menus, managing logistics, sourcing vendors, and ensuring that all aspects of the events align with the restaurant's commitment to seasonal and local Italian cuisine. The team works collaboratively to create memorable experiences while maintaining the restaurant's high standards of service and ambiance, contributing to the brand's growth and reputation in New York City.
