Elena Moruzzi began their work experience in 1998 at Alcatel in customer documentation. Elena then moved on to Domopan spa as Responsabile Commerciale e Marketing. Following this, they joined MIDA as a Trainer and consultant, where they focused on empowering retail teams and customer retail journey design. Later, they worked at Gucci as EMEAIR Corporate & Retail Training Manager and eventually became the EMEAIR Head of Training. Currently, Elena is the Head of Education Italy & Spain at La Prairie Switzerland. Their experience spans across various roles in training, retail, and customer service management.
Elena Moruzzi has an extensive education history, starting with a Diploma as an Interpreter and Translator from S.S.I.T. Scuola Superiore per Interpreti e Traduttori in 1996. Elena then went on to earn a Laurea in Lingue e Letterature Straniere from IULM University in 2002. Elena also completed a Master's in HR: Expert in Human Resources, Recruitment, and Training from Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca in 2003. Additionally, they obtained certifications in various fields such as Intercultural Management, Leadership Effectiveness Analysis, and Coaching Clinic Trainer Licensing. Elena's educational background also includes a degree in Psychosocial Counseling and various certifications in coaching and neurolinguistic programming.
