Edward Carroll

Ed Carroll joined the LaSalle team in 1994 as a Youth Development Specialist. During his tenure at LaSalle, Ed has held the positions of Dorm Coordinator and Residential Supervisor. In 2013, he became Director of Residential Services where he is responsible for overseeing the residential services department, in which his team of dedicated staff provide 24/7 supervision, safety, daily living skills, normative experiences and emotional care and support for up to 48 youth in care. In 2003, Ed received LaSalle’s Educator of the Year award nominated by his fellow colleagues for his dedication and service to LaSalle’s staff, youth and families.

Ed earned his Associates Degree from Hudson Valley Community College in Criminal Justice and is a 2016 graduate of the John Johnston Lasallian Leadership Institute.
