Paul Hetherington

Paul Hetherington has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Paul is currently the Executive General Manager - Head of People at La Trobe Financial, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, they served as the HR Manager at the same company from 2021 to 2023.

Before joining La Trobe Financial, Paul worked at Vanguard Australia from 2014 to 2021. During their time there, they held various roles including Team Leader, Investment Operations, where they mentored and developed team members, managed a team through organizational transformation, and conducted interviews and talent identification.
